At Help Me Sleep, we believe better sleep is about finding the right ritual for your body and mind.
If your product doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help — not just process a return.
Instead of immediately refunding, we offer Ritual Support:
• Personalised recommendations based on your sleep needs
• Product swaps better suited to you
• Guidance on how to use your products for best results
Simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll work with you to adjust your sleep ritual.
Our goal is to help you rest better — not just return products.
🔁 Change of Mind Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery where items are:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
👉 Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products (e.g. balms, oils, sprays, eye masks).
🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery, and
- Include your order number + photos
We will:
- Replace the item free of charge, or
- Offer a full refund.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs (unless item is faulty). We recommend tracked shipping.
💳 Refunds
Processed within 3–5 business days once received and refunded to your original payment method.
🎁 Bundles & Kits
- Bundles must be returned in full (not partially)
- Individual items from bundles are not eligible for return separately
